Nathan Kelfer is an associate in the Woodland Hills office of Carlson Law Group, Inc. Mr. Kelfer’s practice revolves around real estate and includes landlord-tenant disputes, purchase and sale disputes, construction defects, business disputes and the defense of real estate professionals. In addition to litigation, Mr. Kelfer advises his clients regarding risk management issues – providing support to clients in their real estate transactions and helping ensure the avoidance of future litigation.
Mr. Kelfer completed his undergraduate studies at California State University, Northridge where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. In 2019, Mr. Kelfer earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he was a three-year recipient of a merit-based scholarship. During his time at Loyola, Mr. Kelfer participated in the Madrid Summer Law Institute, a study abroad program where he took international law school courses at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos – Campus de Vicálvaro in Madrid, Spain. Prior to joining Carlson Law Group, Inc. Mr. Kelfer served as a legal extern for one of the nation’s largest private secured lenders for automobile dealers, supporting both the in-house litigation and corporate legal teams.
